Cosmic Kites is proud to announce that we will be fully loaded with 2011 kiteboarding gear and 2011 kiteboarding equipment.  Cosmic has been involved in testing a lot of the 2011 kite gear that will be available starting October.  There are some major developments that will be introduced to the kiting world very soon.  We look forward to sharing with you updates as they come available.  There are brand new safety systems, 2 line water kites, amazing new one pump systems, incredible new designs that will offer the user amazing wind range, hang time, etc.  thanks for making 2010 a great year and we look forward to serving you in the years to follow.

The next generation RRD Obsession kites have raised the ‘all-round’ performance level even higher than the 2009 model.

RRD Obsession slightly lower aspect Than the‘delta’ shaped 2009 Obsession than last year and in the air you notice instantly they are a little more ‘crisp’ feeling-they turn a little more quickly with light bar input, and you can feel the power come on and off so smoothly. The depower range is even more impressive, and gives you great upwind performance to boot.

For those of you who are a bit more into unhooked riding the RRD Obsession 2010 is way foward and is alot more stable being unhooked than previous 09 Obsession, you can even ride around for ages without unhooking if you pull in the depower strap first, making waveriding or freestyle that much easier. This feature’s on RRD Obsession 2010 are really impressive and is just the easiest kite to do anything with, whether you’re just cruising and want a smooth, easy kite, or if you want to get out there and push your limits and learn new manoevres or ride that wave just a little harder and faster. Kites like this just seem to improve your success rate, whatever your level.
