Hi everyone, I am KiteGirl. For three weeks now I have had the best job in the world for Cosmic kites in Cabarete, Dominican Republic. Im just a norwegian girl who have been stranded on this Caribbean island for all together 6 months now, ans have no plans of returning to Norway yet. The temperature is high, the sun is almost always shining and once in a day or two we feel some rain, often followed by a awsome lightning and thunder show. I can say, with no doubt, this is the best job in the world. I get to hang out on Kitebeach Cabarete everyday, see the best kiters in the world train and do new exiting tricks, talk to them myself and get help and tips for getting better myself. In my break I throw my self in the water and step by step Im getting a kiter. When the day is slow and the wind is too soft or too strong we all just chill out and wait, talking about kiting and the awsome gear the school use and that we sell here at Cosmic Kite Lounge and on cosmickites.com. So why leave this place ? Instead you should come visit me!
