Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our success, so every item we sell (exceptions below) comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you decide that your new and unused item is not going to work out, or it doesn't fit, you have up to 30 days to return your purchase. Once we receive the item back you will receive a store credit for the full purchase price of your item, minus any shipping fees. All Returns or exchanges MUST have a valid RMA#. Please see below on how to obtain an RMA#
All items must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer's packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met. If we receive an item without an RMA# you will be issued a store credit for the purchase price of the product minus a 20% restocking fee and all associated shipping costs. RMA#'s will not be issued and returns are not accepted for any used equipment, sale and/or closeout items, and wetsuits and wetsuit related products (gloves, boots, hoods, rash guards, impact vests, bathing suits, dry suits, etc.). Also, the purchase of a Gift Certificate & Kiteboarding Lessons are final, there are no refunds or returns. All sales are final on used equipment, sale items and closeout items.
Step 1. Request an RMA# (return merchandise authorization number) by emailing email@example.com. Be sure to provide your order number in the subject line.
Step 2. We will email you back with an RMA# if your request meets our quidelines. Once you receive the RMA# you will also be provided a ship to address for the item
Step 3. After we are in receipt of item we will issue you a store credit minus any shipping fees
