If you decide that your new and unused item is not going to work out, or it doesn't fit, you have up to 30 days to return your purchase. Important Qualifiers
All items must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer's packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met. If we receive an item without an RMA# you will be issued a store credit for the purchase price of the product minus a 20% restocking fee and all associated shipping costs. RMA#'s will not be issued and returns are not accepted for any used equipment, sale and/or closeout items, and wetsuits and wetsuit related products (gloves, boots, hoods, rash guards, impact vests, bathing suits, dry suits, etc.). Also, the purchase of a Gift Certificate & Kiteboarding Lessons are final, there are no refunds or returns. All sales are final on used equipment, sale items and closeout items.

Kiteboarding Lessons Cancellation Policy:
If you have paid for and have a scheduled kiteboarding lesson date and time and you do not show up, you have forfeited your lessons. There is no refund for customers that do not show up for their lessons. Our instructors will be on time and at the location determined for your lessons and as such, they will be compensated for their time. You must contact your instructor 24hrs in advance to cancel or change your lesson time and date.
Release of Liability:
Use of kiteboarding equipment requires safety training and kiteboarding is a dangerous sport. When purchasing any equipment and/or product from Cosmic Kites you assume all responsibility for any damage/injury that may result from using this equipment and/or product in any way. Cosmic Kites and its affiliate companies assumes no liability for the use of any equipment and/or products purchased, and by purchasing this equipment and/or product from us, you understand, acknowledge and accept this release of liability.
Shipping:
Our warehouse does not do any shipping on Weekends and therefore Saturday and Sunday do not count towards shipping time. Any orders received after 12pm EST M-F will be processed the following day. If you choose Standard Delivery your purchase will be shipped via standard ground shipping which takes anywhere from 5-10 days after time of processing your order. Ship with Tracking takes 1-5 days from the day the order is processed. If you would like overnight delivery or any other special shipping considerations please contact us before you place your order so we can be sure to assist you (extra shipping charges may apply).
