Release of Liability:
Use of kiteboarding equipment requires safety training and kiteboarding is a dangerous sport. When purchasing any equipment and/or product from Cosmic Kites you assume all responsibility for any damage/injury that may result from using this equipment and/or product in any way. Cosmic Kites and its affiliate companies assumes no liability for the use of any equipment and/or products purchased, and by purchasing this equipment and/or product from us, you understand, acknowledge and accept this release of liability.
We will match or beat any price:
We guarantee the best prices on all our products. This offer only applies within the United States. The price must be advertised on a web site or catalog and must be the same item as in the advertisement. The product must be of the same year model and new. The price match does NOT apply to free offers, closeouts, or discontinued products. This offer is only valid before order is placed.
Refund Policy / Return Policy:
Cosmic Kites strives for excellence with our customers. Returns can only be accepted after obtaining an RMA # from a Cosmic Kites staff member. Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must have an RA # associated with the return and item must be in NEW UNUSED condition with all original tags still attached. To receive an RA # simply email us: returns@cosmickites.com and request an RA #. Returns can not be accepted without an RA #. Once we receive the returned item you will be issued a store credit for the purchase price of the product minus a 15% restocking fee and all associated shipping costs. If we receive and item without an RA# you will be issued a store credit for the purchase price of the product minus a 35% restocking fee and all associated shipping costs. RA#'s will not be issued and returns are not accepted for any used equipment or wetsuits and wetsuit related products (gloves, boots, hoods, rash guards, bathing suits). Also, the purchase of Gift Certificates is final, there are no refunds on issued gift certificates. All sales are final on used equipment, sale items and closeout items. If you place an order on our website and you decide you want to cancel the order please do so within 12 hours of the time the order was placed. After that time period we can not refund your full purchase price for the items purchased because our warehouse staff have worked to process your order. If you still wish to cancel your order after that time period you must send an email to refunds@cosmickites.com. If your order has not shipped you will be refunded the total amount paid minus 10% administrative fee.
Delivery Time:
We carry a large inventory and always do our best to get your gear shipped as fast as possible. From time of purchase to the date you receive your gear could be as few as 1 day and sometimes on very rare occasions up to 30 business days (special order items (colors, sizes, etc), international shipping due to customs). If you select Rapid Ship w/Tracking the order will be shipped to you via USPS Priority mail or UPS ground and you will receive a tracking # via email once it ships. When you choose Rush Delivery we process your order the same day and expect to have it to you from 1-4 business days via USPS, UPS or Fedex. If you would like overnight delivery you must call us to confirm the item is in stock (extra shipping charges may apply).
